The FX-iWP is a high-precision top pan balance range suitable for use in any area where moisture or dust would prove a barrier to a normal top pan precision balance.
The balance is immune to product spillages both wet and dry and has the rugged performance to cope with even the toughest environment. An IP65 rating ensures the FXi-WP will be suitable in areas previously thought to be out of bounds for a precision top pan.
Using a system of sealing gaskets and membranes, the unit can be used 'out of the box' without the need for additional enclosures which have traditonally added considerable expense to the location of balances in this type of environment.
Containing all of the operating features in A&D’s fleet of laboratory balances, the FX-iWP provides a best weighing increment of 1 mg and high-speed settling time brought about by the A&D SHS (Super Hybrid Sensor).
