CRi’s imaging solutions may be used to reveal hidden signals and structures in biological samples. Signals are detected, distinguished and quantitated with sensitivity and resolution.

CRi’s in-vivo molecular imaging Maestro systems incorporate technology that provides quantitative spatial information about molecular markers such as proteins and RNA in whole small animals.

The Nuance system enables quantitative multiplexing of multiple fluorescent molecular markers in intact tissue sections and a high-throughput format. The system can also effectively eliminate the confounding effects of autofluorescence, revealing otherwise invisible molecular targets. It enables single-cell multiplexed imaging of spatially overlapping chromogens in brightfield microscopy.

The Nuance system, which is easily added to virtually all existing microscope platforms, delivers quantitative results with multi-label detection. The system also addresses irreproducibility in immunohistochemistry studies, which stem in part from the subjective, semi-quantitative visual methods typically used for scoring staining results.
