The ekspert ultraLC 100 system, designed specifically for use with AB SCIEX mass spectrometers, can be used for LC/MS/MS analysis. The ultraLC 100-XL system offers the same performance characteristics of the base system, with high-pressure mixing and gradient delivery over a broad range of flow rates.

The ultraLC 100 system’s high-pressure mixing and gradient delivery provides optimal performance (and pressure) across the entire flow rate range while accommodating a broad range of column dimensions. With automatic solvent selection and an integrated degasser, ultraLC systems provide all the features needed for UHPLC/MS.

Seamless integration of real-time control and monitoring software into AB SCIEX Analyst software for controlling a LC/MS/MS acquisition means users spend less time setting up methods and more time running samples.

Benefits include: flow range, 1 µL/min - 5.0 mL/min; maximum pressure, 18,000 psi across entire flow range; sample capacity, 2 microtitre plates or 84 (2 mL) vials; injection volume, 1-20 µL; optional sample cooling and column oven.

The ultraLC 100-XL system offers advanced autosampler capabilities said to be unavailable on other UHPLC systems. The ultraLC 100-XL autosampler uses an advanced injection design and good needle washing (and drying) capabilities to minimise carryover from even the most challenging sample matrices. Large injection volume kits and an integrated barcode reader for microtitre plates are just two options available to help users configure their system.
