Mightex Polygon1000-DI DMD pattern illuminator for photostimulation
The Polygon1000-DI illuminator, from Mightex, is suitable for imaging facilities and laboratories. The product is designed for seamless integration as it offers dual optical input, allowing effortless switching between high-power laser and LED sources. It is the Polygon most suitable for applications such as optogenetics for neuroscience and cell biology, in vivo optogenetics, cortex-wide optogenetics, photoactivation and photoconversion.
Whether the device is used for high-power applications in combination with a laser source, or for other photostimulation applications in combination with LED light sources, its dual optical input enables it to accommodate all possible scenarios. It offers lightguide-coupled wavelengths of 350–1000 nm or fibre-coupled wavelengths of 400–1000 nm.
