Alicat Scientific electronic digital pressure/flow controllers

The Alicat Scientific electronic digital pressure/flow controllers are claimed to be more precise than standard valve-type pressure controllers and have a variety of output options including 0-5 V, 0-10 V and 4-20 mA and RS232.

Their modular design allows the PC series PID pressure control instruments to be configured for use in vacuum control applications as well as pressure control applications. These controllers offer quick response speed to measure and control.

They are suitable for PVD-based vacuum applications like sputtering. Other features include: rugged with low power consumption and minimal maintenance; and accurate to ±0.5% of FS and repeatable to ±0.5% of full scale.

Digital pressure controllers are used to: perform leak checks; verify pressure or suction; control base pressure; monitor/control feed pressure to processes; for seat checking; pneumatic control and supply; and semiconductor manufacturing.
