Automatic sample changer

The Radiometer Analytical SAC850 and SAC950 Sample Changers are capable of handling multiple combinations of titrations, direct pH, ion and conductivity measurements quickly and efficiently. They can be connected to a TitraLab Titration Workstation or an IONxxx direct measurement meter with or without PC software for complete automation.

The devices are compatible with a selection of removable sample trays. There is no need to program the sample changer each time a new tray is used as it is instantly identified by a wireless RFID tag.

Sample preparation sequences can be programmed from TitraMaster 85 Titration PC software.

The Dynamic Spray Rinse feature and high flow rate pumps are claimed to provide cleaning with no risk of cross-contamination between samples.

The system uses a bayonet concept that keeps electrodes and delivery tips securely in place. This ensures reproducible results and allows any combination of electrodes, conductivity cells, temperature sensors or delivery tubes for analyses. Tubes and cables can be inserted or removed quickly and are held in position by a cable carrier.

Reagent addition tubes are permanently visible for inspection.
