Researchers will experience fast filtration flow rates with Nalgene MF75 Filter Units and Bottle Top Filters, which incorporate the sterilisation-grade Pall Supor machV membrane. The membranes are composed of polyethersulfone (PES), the same material used for processing biological and pharmaceutical samples for drug discovery and basic research.

The three-dimensional, V-shaped structure of Supor machV membranes is claimed to accelerate flow rates up to 50%, while exhibiting low protein binding of cell culture media and other solutions.

Nalgene MF75 Series Filters allow rapid sterile filtration of even difficult to filter fluids such as serum. MF75 Series Filters with Pall 0.2 µm Supor machV membranes are available in 150, 250, 500 mL and 1 L sizes. Each filter unit has a side-arm with a cellulose vent plug, a quick-disconnect tubing adapter and a leak-proof threaded closure for the receiver. Graduations are provided on both the upper and lower receiver unit, allowing for easy sample assessment.

All MF75 Series Filters are gamma sterilised and individually wrapped in easy-to-open bags.
