Ardent Scientific training courses are taught either on site or at off-site venues and consist of PowerPoint presentations, animations of chromatographic processes, workshops and advice for improvements.
There is special emphasis on troubleshooting through relating the chromatographic symptom to the cause and then working through the solution. Also, detailed preventative maintenance guides are explained in the courses.
The company also provides on-site technical advice and an experienced technical expert can visit a laboratory to assist in method development/optimisation and troubleshooting or other specific problems.
All experienced levels are catered for, from the experienced user to the first-time user whose primary function may not be operating the instrument, or even in chromatography.
