Andor Zyla and Neo scientific CMOS cameras
Scientific CMOS (sCMOS) is a breakthrough technology with features suitable for high-fidelity, quantitative scientific measurement. The multimegapixel sensors offer large field of view and high resolution without compromising read noise, dynamic range or frame rate.
Andor’s Zyla and Neo cameras offer 4.2 and 5.5 MP formats with the following specifications: peak QE of 82% (Zyla), read noise of 1e- (Neo) and a frame rate of 100 fps at full resolution. These capabilities make sCMOS a suitable alternative to CCD cameras in many applications.
