The Cytation3 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode reader from BioTek combines automated digital microscopy with conventional microplate reading in one instrument.

The patent-pending design of the product provides rich phenotypic cellular information with well-based quantitative data. The automated microscopy module provides researchers with cellular visualisation analysis without the complexity of automated digital microscopy. The unit also includes temperature control to 45°C, CO2/O2 gas control, orbital shaking and the company’s Gen5 software, specifically designed to make plate reading and image capture easy.

The product is suitable for streamlining workflow, getting the complete picture of cells with one instrument and automating traditional digital microscopy.
