Gel documentation and digital colour imaging system

Wednesday, 07 November, 2007 | Supplied by: DKSH Australia Pty Ltd

The UVP PhotoDoc-It imaging system is suitable for basic documentation of gels and plates. The system is configured for limited laboratory space and budgets.

Colour images can be generated with the 6.0 megapixel digital colour camera. The camera attaches to the lightweight hood that sits on the transilluminator. Select from several benchtop transilluminators with a choice of single or multiple UV wavelengths and filter sizes.

A compact colour printer connects directly to the camera for 4 x 6" laboratory quality prints in seconds. System flexibility allows users to save images to a camera memory card or link directly to a computer for viewing images at a PC. The optional Doc-It LS analysis software offers additional image enhancement, analysis and report features for a complete imaging and documentation package.
