Gooch & Housego HSI-300 Hyperspectral Imaging System

Saturday, 25 June, 2011 | Supplied by: SciTech Pty Ltd

The HSI-300 Hyperspectral Imaging System from Gooch & Housego provides spectral flexibility and switching speed. It is suited for high-content, high-throughput fluorescence studies as well as spectral transmission and reflectance imaging.

Spectral bandwidths can be varied from 1.5 to 25 nm to capture high-quality diffraction-limited images.

Wavelength switching time, including computer control overhead, is less than 100 microseconds.

Applications include immunohistochemistry, quantum dots (Q-Dots), fluorescence in-situ hybridisation (FISH), fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and spectral karyotyping (SKY).
