HunterLab ColorFlex EZ spectrophotometer

HunterLab’s ColorFlex EZ compact benchtop spectrophotometer takes colour quality-control measurements to a new level, with 45/0 optical design for colour measurement precision. The spectrophotometer combines versatility, flexibility, simplicity and performance in one easy-to-use instrument.

The versatile, compact instrument measures the colour and appearance of any opaque or translucent material in virtually every situation; solids, liquids, powders, granules and pellets, whether in the laboratory or on the production shop floor.

The spectrophotometer offers connectivity via USB flash drives and keyboards to enter custom IDs, barcode scanners, printers and PCs. The device is simple to operate and features ergonomic push-buttons, USB 2.0 communications ports, a small footprint occupying minimal benchtop space, a high resolution colour display and a variety of sample handling devices.

Data transfer between instruments is easy. Other features include sampling versatility and expanded data storage; 250 set-ups and 2000 samples through onboard software.

The onboard software’s expanded set-up configurations include product standard values, pass/fail tolerances, colour scales, indices, illuminants and observers, sample averaging and multiples colour displays of colour data, colour difference data, colour plots and spectral data.

For greater flexibility, the spectrophotometer can be integrated with optional EasyMatch QC software on any PC. The software provides virtually unlimited storage of standards and sample data, a flexible graphical user interface and more output options including colour printing and export to Microsoft Office programs.
