IRAffinity-1 FTIR spectrometer

Wednesday, 08 April, 2009 | Supplied by: Shimadzu Scientific Instruments (Oceania) Pty Ltd

The compact IRAffinity-1 FTIR spectrometer features a small footprint and a high signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio.

With a high-energy ceramic light source, a temperature-controlled, high-sensitivity DLATGS detector, a high-throughput optical element and optimised optical system, the system achieves a S/N ratio of 30,000:1 and a maximum resolution of 0.5 cm-1.

The interferometer is airtight and incorporates an internal desiccator that ensures ease of maintenance and reliability.
