The Rigol DS1000B series 4 channel digital storage oscilloscope range includes three models, from 60 MHz to 200 MHz bandwidth, 4 channels, up to 2 GS/s sample rate and 16 K memory.
The device incorporates the ASIC front end, which replaces the traditional mechanical relays to provide improved performance and longer product life.
The series is also certified by the LXI consortium, providing the flexibility of programming over the internet.
In addition to digital filtering, pass/fail testing, record and playback, the device provides logic triggering and alternate triggering across the four channels, providing a true dual time-base scope. Interface options include LAN, USB and two x USB host.
