Nexera LC-30AD is an all-round LC system with a 130 MPa (19,000 psi) pressure rating, and a claimed lowest carryover and fastest autosampler injection speed, and covers almost all applications with the one instrument.

The flow rate range of the pump is increased to 10 mL/min, making it suitable for both conventional HPLC and UHPLC separations. The flow rate range of 0.0001 to 10 mL/min is equivalent to the analytical LC-20AD Prominence pumps.

The low-pressure gradient unit, when installed in the pump, allows the use of quaternary gradient with the single pump at the same time as solvent delivery to a maximum pressure of 130 MPa.

The Nexera low-pressure quaternary gradient unit can operate as a four-solvent selection valve when installed in two pumps set up in high-pressure configuration. This allows for the automated selection of up to eight solvents.

The flexible modular design expands the application range from routine analysis, micro-LC, research and method development, so there is no need to change hardware or purchase multiple systems.
