The MagnaRay wavelength dispersive spectrometer (WDS) automatically combines energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) results with WDS operations.

Integrated with the Thermo Scientific EDS NORAN System 7, the MagnaRay determines the elements to be analysed simultaneous to the EDS collecting the data, providing microanalysis results with confidence and accuracy.

Easy integration with the NORAN System seven software means that EDS operators will find it easy to use the WDS system.

The combined system is also suitable for nanoanalysis.
