Syrris Orb Pilot jacketed reactor

Syrris has announced the Orb Pilot jacketed reactor, which is designed to offer flexible and pilot-scale batch chemistry. The user-friendly, floor-standing, scale-up jacketed reactor provides a combination of good performance and versatility. Offering a choice of vessel sizes from 10 to 50 L on a single system, it is precision engineered to withstand temperatures from -40 to +235°C.

Available with a selection of single and vacuum jacketed vessels, plus a wide range of accessories and stirring options, the reactor can be easily configured to match the user’s requirements. It features a clamp, easy motor lift and rapid oil drain mechanism — offering fast vessel changes — while a spring-loaded base avoids the need for frame adjustments to accommodate different vessels or thermal expansion. Combined with a robust and durable design, this will ensure the product provides years of continuous service for virtually any batch chemistry application.
