Thermo Scientific Acclaim SEC-300 and SEC-1000 size exclusion HPLC columns
The Thermo Scientific Acclaim SEC-300 and SEC-1000 size exclusion HPLC columns are designed for the high-resolution separation of water-soluble polymers and oligomers. The columns are optimised for determining molecular weight distribution and characterisation of water-soluble polymers used in a wide range of products found in pharmaceuticals, medicines, cosmetics, food and industrial processes.
Two columns with different pore sizes offer wide linear range of 100 to 1,000,000 Da. Monodispersed multipore hydrophilic resin is designed for high resolution and good linearity of the calibration curve for accurate and reliable analyses. Small particle sizes are packed into column formats designed to deliver high resolution and low solvent consumption.
The columns are compatible with a wide range of detectors, including UV, RI, MS, ELSD and Corona CAD.
