Thermo Scientific CarboPac PA10 Capillary Column
The Thermo Scientific CarboPac PA10 (0.4 x 50 mm) Capillary Column is optimised for the high-sensitivity determination of amino, neutral and acidic monosaccharides found in carbohydrate moieties of mammalian glycoproteins. The column is also suitable for the separation of alditols and sugars in matrices such as fruits and vegetables.
The polymeric column is packed with 10 μm diameter non-porous beads featuring a cross-linked structure to ensure long column life and stability from pH 0-14 at all concentrations of buffer salts. Advantages include simple, isocratic separations; gradient compatibility; sample derivatisation is not required.
The column should be of interest to researchers and chemists in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical markets.
