FlexAble from Proteintech is a novel antibody labelling kit for immunofluorescence (IF), western blot (WB) and flow cytometry (FC). The kits use an affinity linker to conjugate fluorochromes, enzymes and molecules to the user’s chosen antibody in any buffer condition.

The user can simplify their protocol by pre-labelling the primary antibodies with FlexAble kits, completely removing the need for secondary antibodies and multiple rounds of staining. Labelling is fast and easy using the provided two-step protocol and the antibodies are ready to use in just 10 min.

The kits are compatible with antibodies from any supplier regardless of concentration. There is also no requirement for buffer exchange as the kits are optimised to work with any buffer, including ones containing BSA and glycerol.

Currently the range includes kits for mouse IgG1 and rabbit IgG with four different colours: CoraLite 488, CoraLite Plus 550, CoraLite Plus 650 and CoraLite Plus 750.
