Poietics NHNP - normal human neural progenitor cells

Poietics normal human neural progenitor cells and media can be useful for research applications in drug development, neurotoxicity, neurogenesis, electrophysiology, CNS function and neurotransmitter disorders.

Cells are cryopreserved in primary passage as ‘spheroids’ and o express β-tubulin lll (neurons) and GFAP (astrocytes) when plated into lamin-coated plates.

The cells test negative for HIV-I, hepatitis-B and C, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. A certificate of analysis is provided.

Two media options are available: maintenance medium BulletKit - media and supplements for optimal NHNP cell growth and differentiation; and differentiation medium BulletKit - media and supplements for optimal NHNP differentiation
