The antibody starter sets comprise the company’s KO extract validated STANDARD antibodies against the key components of the NLRP3 inflammasome including NLRP3, Asc and Caspase-1, used and published by the experts in inflammasome research. The starter sets contain enough primary antibodies to perform at least three western blot experiments.
