Antibody range extended

Leica Microsystems has added seven more antibodies to the Bond RTU range which now includes more than 100 clinically relevant antibodies prepared for use on the fully automated Bond IHC and ISH system.

The Phase 9 release includes Negative Mouse (PA0996), Negative Rabbit (PA0777), CD138 (PA0088), Inhibin (PA0110), Glucagon (PA0594), CD30 (PA0790) and Oct-3/4 (PA0934).

The Negative Mouse and Negative Rabbit reagents bring all the ready-to-use benefits to negative reagent controls. Now, like all Bond RTU staining, negative reagent controls no longer require mixing, titration or dilution. Users also have the confidence of using controls specifically developed for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue optimised for Bond Polymer Refine Detection.

The Bond RTU range helps standardise IHC testing and eliminates many manual tasks. Using Novocastra Science, each antibody is optimised for use on the fully automated Bond IHC and ISH system. There is no need to mix, dilute or titrate a Bond RTU antibody so there is less opportunity for process variation and fewer non-productive tasks.
