Cayman Chemical Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP-0315) Exploration Kit
The Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP-0315) Exploration Kit from Cayman Chemical can be used for the preparation of ALC-0315-containing LNPs. The kit is intended to serve as a starting point for laboratories to explore the feasibility of using LNPs for their individual application without the need for specialised equipment. Optimal preparation conditions for the encapsulation of oligonucleotides with LNPs must be determined by the end user.
Containing conveniently packaged reagents for preparing LNPs, the kit includes ALC-0315, 1,2-DSPC, cholesterol and ALC-0159. With adaptable protocols suitable for a range of specialised to basic equipment, the kit may be used for the encapsulation of mRNA or siRNA cargo.
