Optimal preparation conditions for the encapsulation of nucleic acids with LNPs must be determined by the end user.
The product features conveniently packaged reagents for preparing fluorescently labelled LNPs and adaptable protocols suitable for a range of specialised-to-basic equipment. It is suitable for evaluating the uptake of SM-102-based LNPs into the cells of choice. It may also be used for the encapsulation of mRNA or siRNA payloads.
