Cayman Chemical LipidLaunch Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set
The LipidLaunch Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set is a screening set of 12 ionisable cationic and cationic lipids for use in LNP formulations. The lipids are formulated at 10 mg/mL in ethanol for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation.
Lipids selected for the screening set include FDA-approved excipients, as well as some of the most cited lipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a sterol lipid, a phospholipid and a PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery.
