The Cytek 24-Color Mouse Immunoprofiling Panel is Cytek’s latest pre-optimised, High Parameter Enabler (HPE) reagent panel that allows for comprehensive mouse immunophenotyping. It enables users to enhance their immunoprofiling protocols with an easy-to-implement, single-tube assay for identification of over 20 mouse immune subpopulations.
Multiparametric flow cytometry is a powerful and versatile technique widely used in mouse research. By using HPE reagents, the panel enables users to efficiently identify and characterise multiple lineage subsets in single-cell suspensions of mouse tissue.
