Cytek Tonbo Mouse TBNK/Myeloid/Treg Kit

The Cytek Tonbo Mouse TBNK/Myeloid/Treg Kit has been designed to enable researchers to quickly perform basic immunophenotyping and analyse B cell, T cell, NK cell, myeloid and regulatory T cell (Treg) populations in mouse samples. The pre-titred, ready-to-use mouse kit contains three sets of reagents that are fully optimised for high performance on the Cytek Aurora and Cytek Northern Lights full spectrum systems. The kit can also be used as a backbone to expand to a broader panel.

The kit includes three sets of reagents. Tube 1 enables the identification of lymphocytes, total T cells, helper T cells, cytotoxic T cells, memory and naïve T cells, B cells and NK cells. Tube 2 enables the identification of the myeloid subsets (monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils) in addition to the dendritic cell subsets: conventional type 1 dendritic cells (cDC1), conventional type 2 dendritic cells (cDC2) and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC). Tube 3 enables the identification of regulatory Tregs in addition to characterisation of immune checkpoint receptors and T cell activation.
