Enzo SCREEN-WELL Stem Cell Library

Thursday, 22 August, 2019 | Supplied by: Sapphire Bioscience

Enzo’s SCREEN-WELL Stem Cell Library is a collection of 130 compounds that can be used for stem cell signalling research and drug screening. The kits comprise a collection of small molecules including inhibitors, activators and/or inducers.

The libraries come in a ready-to-screen format in biocompatible solvents and therefore do not require reconstitution. The compounds are predominantly dissolved in DMSO at 10 mM and aliquoted into 96 deep-well plates at 100 µL per well.

Compounds can be used for diverse stem cell research to investigate cellular mechanisms that regulate self-renewal, reprogramming and differentiation. Enzo provides detailed information in its comprehensive documentation for each compound, highlighting activity descriptions, plate positions, physical information and a structural database (SD) file.
