Hoefer has introduced a DNA standard for use in fluorometry.

The DQ302 Fluorometry Standard contains 0.25 mL DNA at a concentration of 1 mg/mL and is suitable for calibration of fluorometers when using the Hoescht 33258 (bis-benzimide) assay for quantitation of double stranded DNA.
