HAWK Biosystems Quantifying Functions in Proteins (QF-Pro) reagent kits
HAWK Biosystems’ QF-Pro technology enables scientists to spatially map protein–protein interactions and protein post-translation modifications. The company’s Quantifying Functions in Proteins (QF-Pro) reagent kits contain the tailored secondary detection reagents and specific components necessary to perform functional protein labelling in situ.
The kits include secondary antibodies for Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET), quenching and blocking buffers as well as signal amplification reagents. They are designed to allow users to test their favourite primary antibodies for the detection of protein function in FFPE, tissue and cells.
All kits are stable for at least six months upon receipt and contain enough reagents to perform QF-Pro labelling on up to 100 FFPE tissue slides or a 96-well plate.
