RevMAb Biosciences offers a wide range of recombinant monoclonal antibodies against histone family proteins including antibodies against histone modifications such as acetylation, phosphorylation and methylation of different histones.
The company’s rabbit monoclonal antibodies are developed directly from the isolated B cells of immunised animals using proprietary technology. After extensive screening, RevMAb then clones the antigen-specific antibody H and L chain cDNAs and recombinantly expresses them in mammalian cells. The antibodies are then produced at large scale from an animal origin-free culture supernatant, and then Protein A affinity purified.
