Selleck Chemicals (SelleckChem) offers a collection of 1734 approved drugs with potential anticancer activity, suitable for use in high-throughput screening (HTS) and high-content screening (HCS). All drugs are from approved institutions such as the FDA, EMA, HMA, CFDA and PMDA, or pharmacopoeia such as USP, BP, EP, JP, etc.

With bioactivity and safety confirmed by clinical trials, the drug library is structurally diverse, medicinally active and cell permeable. It has been cited in over 300 publications, with rich documentation with structure and customer reviews, and has been NMR and HPLC validated for high purity.

The library consists of 1559 compounds pre-dissolved in 10 mM DMSO, 112 compounds pre-dissolved in 10 mM water, 54 compounds pre-dissolved in 2 mM DMSO and nine compounds pre-dissolved in 2 mM water. Each library is supplied in a 96 deep well plate format sealed with aluminium foil. The DMSO-dissolved compounds are stable for 12 months at -20°C or 24 months at -80°C.
