SurModics IVD BioFX TMB Enhanced HRP Membrane Substrate (EPSM)
BioFX TMB Enhanced HRP Membrane Substrate (ESPM) is the latest addition to SurModics IVD’s range of immunodiagnostic reagents.
The product reduces membrane washout at higher peroxidase concentrations, allowing for measurement of an extended dynamic range. It has similar sensitivity to most mid- to high-level chemiluminescent membrane substrates without the equipment needed for detection.
The product’s one-component formulation, making it ready to use with no mixing, was developed to provide room temperature (25°C) stability for two years and 4°C stability over four years. This makes it suitable for diagnostics kits and point-of-care (POC) applications.
