Abcam establishes direct service for ANZ
Protein research tool provider Abcam has established a direct service to Australia and New Zealand. Researchers can now source products and technical support directly from the UK-based company, rather than through distributors, which is expected to improve delivery times and better meet researchers’ needs.
“I’m delighted that we can offer an enhanced service to our customers in Australia and New Zealand,” said Abcam Commercial Director Philippe Cotrel.
Abcam’s in-house manufacturing facilities provide researchers with high-performance products such as primary and secondary antibodies, biochemicals, proteins, peptides, lysates and immunoassays. In addition, the company offers technical support and up-to-date datasheets.
“A direct service will enable us to develop closer relationships with our customers and ensure we are fully meeting their research needs,” said Cotrel.
