Adam Equipment celebrates 40th anniversary in 2012
Adam Equipment is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2012. Since its inception, Adam has supplied professionals across a range of industries with balances and scales for various uses, including weighing, counting, price calculating and inventory control.
Founded in 1972 in the United Kingdom by Alan Storey, the company has established a network of facilities to streamline manufacturing and distribution of its products. While its headquarters remain in the UK, Adam Equipment has expanded to include offices in the United States, South Africa, Australia and China.
“We’d like to thank all our loyal customers, distributors and partners worldwide for their continued support on this journey, as Adam has grown from a UK scale maker to become a global force in the balance and scale industry,” said Alan Storey, the company’s founder and chairman.
“Adam Equipment is energised and focused on developing and delivering products that meet the future needs of our expanding customer base in the industrial, laboratory, education, retail and medical sectors.”
