Agilent acquires Stratagene
Agilent Technologies has announced the acquisition of the company Stratagene, effective as of today.
The takeover is hoped to assist the company in providing more complete workflow solutions in genomics, proteomics and metabolomics.
Stratagene will operate as a division of the company's Life Sciences Solutions unit.
The company has said current customers should expect no change in the way they work with Stratagene and should be able to continue using their existing contact channels.
