Crown Scientific and Quantum Scientific to merge
On 1 September 2011, Crown Scientific and Quantum Scientific will merge and trade as VWR International Pty Ltd.
VWR International is one of the world’s largest and most successful laboratory and science product supply distribution companies.
The merger will provide: a wider range of products from one source; continued supply of the products currently available from both companies; new access to the VWR Private Label range of products saving research dollars with quality alternatives; a new website offering access to an online ordering system; support from the VWR Technical Service group, providing full service facilities for all of the equipment offered.
