Nominations for the 2008 ATSE Clunies Ross Awards, Australia's awards for scientists, technologists and innovators, close on 31 July 2007.
Winners will be announced at the annual ATSE Clunies Ross Award Dinner in Brisbane on 14 May 2008.
The awards seek to identify and acclaim people who have, often against difficulties and always with persistent commitment, made important contributions to science and its application for the economic, social and environmental benefit of Australia.
The ATSE Clunies Ross Awards, organised through the ATSE Clunies Ross Foundation, are unique in recognising the simultaneous mastery of new technology and business expertise.
