LabFriend announces Live Chat
Lab equipment distributor LabFriend has announced the Live Chat feature on the company’s website - the main communication portal between LabFriend and its clients. The portal offers live support, whether users need help finding something or are simply having trouble navigating the 30,000 products available.
Live Chat is helmed by Sydney-based humans (not robots), who will answer users’ queries as quickly and accurately possible. They will provide assistance with difficult-to-find devices, elusive technical specifications or a list of viable options or people who aren’t entirely sure what they’re looking for.
