Merger of Adept Electronic and Total Turnkey
The merger of Adept Electronic Solutions and Total Turnkey Solutions will create a leading machine vision industrial company, with a complementary portfolio of products, advanced technologies and enhanced growth opportunities. The merger will take effect on 1 July.
Adept CEO Marc Fimeri said, “[The merger] will also allow us to be better placed to grow into new markets and expand nationally [and] internationally and to adjust to the changing landscape of the automation sector.
“The Turnkey Solutions team not only brings excellent machine vision expertise but also complementary product lines and products in the areas of data acquisition/test and measurement equipment, industrial automation and industrial computing products and systems.”
Marc Fimeri will be taking on the role as CEO of Adept Turnkey, Mark Goulding is appointed Sales Manager and Kevin Dowsey will take on the role of Technical Manager. Adept Turnkey will have offices located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and has further plans for expansion.
