VWR International and BDH Chemicals from Biolab
The full range of BDH chemicals and laboratory products including the AnalaR, ARISTAR, Spectrosol and GURR brands are now available again.
Merck acquired BDH in 1973 and in the late 1990s, BDH in the UK was incorporated into the Laboratory Distribution business of Merck as part of the VWR Group. VWR and the BDH family of brands, including AnalaR, was sold by Merck in April 2004 and is now under new ownership. Biolab will now distribute these brands.
BDH has been a leader in setting standards in the laboratory to the point where AnalaR is the grade frequently specified by analysts.
VWR International also offers a very wide range of apparatus, chemicals, biochemicals, diagnostics and other laboratory products.
