Bio-Rad Laboratories has released 12 protocols for electroporation of human primary cells and primary cell lines.
The cells include T-cells, neutrophils and several B-cell lymphomas. The conditions for electroporation were developed using the Gene Pulser MXcell electroporation system and Gene Pulser electroporation buffer.
The protocols can be viewed in Bio-Rad’s Gene Transfer Protocol library at www.biorad.com/genetransferprotocols/.
