Kinematica Microtron MB 550 and MB 800 mixers

The Kinematica Microtron MB550 and MB800 mixers are designed for mixing, cutting, dispersing, homogenising, emulsifying and reducing the size of high-volume loads of dividable materials.

The mixers are used for large loads of dense materials and samples and feature a powerful drive motor and speed knob to give complete control over RPM. They are compatible with a number of attachments, including glass vessel attachments for 125, 200, 500 and 1000 mL volumes.

The 550 W MB550 will mix up to 15,000 RPM, while the larger 800 W MB800 can mix up to 17,000 RPM. The MB800 comes with stainless steel attachments available for volumes up to 2 and 4 L. Attachments are all dishwasher safe.

The MB550 is suitable for mixing pigments, foodstuffs and other easily cut products in the laboratory. The removable glass grinding jar can also be used for storage of the processed material. The powerful MB800 mixer is suitable for dispersing and mixing large volumes. All mixers are grounded, double safety isolated and radio screened for safety.

Both mixer models have in-built safety features including soft start, electronic controls and safety lids. The mixers will only start once the lid is securely closed preventing accidental start-ups. This safety feature prevents risk of injury to users. Both mixers adhere to international standards for construction quality and safety. They are suitable and safe to use with high-temperature liquids.
