TecSense SGA Series oxygen sensors

TecSense offers the SGA product group, a line of optochemical oxygen sensors designed for precise measurement in a simplified, handheld format.

Developed as an economical alternative to the TEC-PEN series, the sensors combine oxygen measurement with a reduced feature set for users who need mobility and value. The compact devices feature an integrated display, intuitive one-button operation, and a lightweight design for flexible use across production and quality control environments.

The series includes three application-focused models. SGA Fluid measures oxygen in liquids from 0 to 2000 ppb with 1 ppb resolution, supporting beer and beverage production. SGA MAP provides oxygen analysis for modified atmosphere packaging, measuring 0–5% oxygen with 0.001% resolution to help safeguard product quality. SGA Weld monitors shielding gases for welding technology, measuring 0–200 ppm with 1 ppm resolution and display capability up to 1000 ppm.

With measurement data managed via computer rather than onboard storage, the series maintains a slim, robust device concept while focusing on simple operation and economic efficiency.
