Applied BioProbes LIVE-or-DIE cell viability assay
Applied BioProbes offers the LIVE-or-DIE cell viability assay for yeast, animal and bacterial cells. The kit is designed to enumerate the proportion of live and dead cells in a population, making it easy to perform simultaneous quantitation of live and dead cells.
The assay is simple to use — reagents are simultaneously added and no wash steps are required. With a distinct colour for live and dead cells, specificity is assured.
The kits can be used for detection with a fluorescence microscope, flow cytometer or microplate reader. They are suitable for high-throughput screening applications.
