The StellARray Gene Expression System’s qPCR system helps users to focus on the genes relevant for their individual research area while freeing gene expression profiling from unwanted bias.

The system, developed by Bar Harbor BioTechnology, is claimed to make gene-by-gene expression analysis, microarray data validation, biomarker discovery and siRNA knockdown verification simple, fast and reliable.

The system provides reliable normalisation without predefined normalisers - proprietary global pattern recognition (GPR) software automatically defines the best normaliser amplicons based on lowest variance.

More than 150 prevalidated pathway or disease area-specific qPCR arrays are available for use with standard qPCR equipment.

Copy number analysis and expression profiling using the same array plate is enabled allowing users to compare gene copy numbers and gene expression profiles for exactly the same sets of genes.
