Cosmo Bio Rat/Mouse SP-D ELISA Kit

Cosmo Bio has launched the rat/mouse surfactant protein D (SP-D) sandwich ELISA, which measures the concentration of rat/mouse SP-D using two monoclonal antibodies against rat SP-D.

The kit is designed to measure the concentration of rat or mouse SP-D in serum and/or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF).

The ELISA is highly sensitive, with a measurement range of 0.47-30 ng/mL, and can be completed within 4 h.
