Enzo Life Sciences introduces the BioArray Single Round RNA Amplification and Biotin Labeling System for microarrays. The system decreases experimental variation and standardises biological data derived from microarrays to allow for correlation of results from experiment to experiment.
An optimised protocol and reagents yield bright signals while providing a convenient workflow. The product enables users to easily produce biotin-labelled antisense RNA (aRNA) from their total cellular RNA samples.
The system features flexible transcription time and array analysis sample prep in <24 h. Its greater biotin incorporation is said to yield a brighter signal, resulting in improved reproducibility and data quality.
