An optimised protocol and reagents yield bright signals while providing a convenient workflow. The product enables users to easily produce biotin-labelled antisense RNA (aRNA) from their total cellular RNA samples.
The system features flexible transcription time and array analysis sample prep in <24 h. Its greater biotin incorporation is said to yield a brighter signal, resulting in improved reproducibility and data quality.
